Condition:
Overall this painting is in excellent condition. There are sporadic patches of craquelure throughout the painting that are minor and barely visible to the naked eye. The surface of the painting shows signs of surface soiling and there are spots of staining in the center and one spot in the upper left, but it is otherwise bright and clear. Under UV there is no evidence of inpainting or overpainting. The gilt frame is brand new, stable, and in excellent condition.
